Proud to be American

Andrew, Ashlynn, and Mason preformed in the Millenial Choral production of To Be American.

It was also the same weekend as Sienna's ballet!

We went Saturday night and

Friends Forever!

The same night of Sienna's ballet we made a trip out to San Tan Valley to meet up with the group of young women I grew up with.

It was so fun to see everyone and the families they are creating!

I loved all my leaders and still think very highly of them.

We met at Sister Rassmussen's house for a BBQ
Missy and her two of her girls
Tammy with some of her kids
 Lissa and Sister Rassmussen's daughter
 Shea and her little boy.
Shea, Lissa, Missy, Tammy, Holly, Rachel, Myself and Linda Goldthwaite

Student of the month

Sienna was student of the month in April!

She also participated in The Ballet Under the Stars as an arabian dancer. She did so great!

Another Priesthood holder in the Family.

 Happy Birthday Mason!

He turned 12 on March !15th and is loving life!

Mason is a joy to be around, He loves to laugh and be with friends. He also loves to hang out with his dad.

Mason was ordained a deacon by his Dad with Grandpa White, Brother Ashcroft, and Grandpa Gillespie.

He is such a good kid and smiled from ear to ear the first time he got to pass the sacrament.

Spring Break Fun

Having children in two different school districts this year, they did not have the same spring breaks... So Gunner missed one day of school to have some fun with us.

Out of Africa is a really great place to be if you are into Lions and Tigers and Bears.

Oh and making out with Giraffes...

 Mason's first kiss. She's a real beauty.

The Tiger splash show is the Main attraction! These trainers risk their lives to put on a great show for us.

The hyenas were pretty cool. Way bigger than you would think. We were watching them when the male came over to size up Rigdon, he thought Rigdon looked just about the right size. For a while he just stood nose to nose with him at the fence and if Rig moved to the right so did he. If Rig moved to the left so did he. RIgdon ran up and down the fence and he just kept right next to him. It was pretty entertaining.

I highly recommend it if you haven't been there. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's are feed days and you get to follow them around as they throw chickens and big chunks of meat over to the big cats.

February in a nutshell

Gunner got to the end of his experience with braces!! Ya for getting them off!

Doesn't look very fun to me. But he sure looks handsome.
Ashlynn and Gunner showing off their beautiful smiles.
Sienna sprained her arm. Thank goodness only a sprain.

She looks really torn up about it.
The rest of the country has been experiencing record cold winter....

Meanwhile in AZ...
Mason learned how to mow the lawn.
 What a good son.
Ashlynn had a late start day and we ran over and enjoyed a delicious meal at Joe's Farm Grill! Can't get enough of their fried zucchini!
We tried taking the usual" I'm so surprised I'm taking my own picture" selfie.... But I just can't pull it off.
February 10th was our first visit to the Mom Docs. I loved the office and the midwives!

It was so fun to see our little baby moving and shaking in there. Makes it feel a ;little more real.

throwing up makes it feel real but not in the warm fuzzy kind of way...

We told the kids and they took care of telling about everyone they saw for the next week.

35!

Yup, I think I'm getting a little on the mature side!

I spent the morning of my birthday with Rachael grabbing some yummy breakfast.

I worked a little at the shop.
Later that afternoon we grabbed the kids a little early from school and toured the new Gilbert Temple with some of Andrew's friends from work.

It was a beautiful day and the so special to take the family through the temple.

I loved every minute of it.
That evening we went to dinner with Jody and Angela at Oreganos. Delish!

My good friend Sarah made me these cute slippers to wear.

It was really a great day.
I have a wonderful family and so many good friends.
And of course a new baby on the way....
