Where are you going?

Oh just a quick trip back to Disney with my dad! YOu have to have the proper snacks first.

at 3am we headed out march 18th. We had so much anticipation neither one of us slept much that night and we chatted it up much of the way over before listening to a book on cd.

We came in to some thick fog early morning. But arrived about 9:30 am at California Adventure to meet up with Aunt Brenda and Cassie.
Cars would be our first stop, I mean GO!
Then some Disney Corndogs. mmmm the best.
My drawing skills are really coming along.

WE had a blast being together all day! As a grown up you really don't get to spend much quality time with just your dad. I'm blessed to have such a good one:)

We had dinner at Red Robin said goodbye to Aunt Brenda and Cassie, and loaded back into the car at 9pm.

We did a little more trading back and forth on the drive home. All the fun was catching up with us. But we pulled in at home at 3am. A 24 hour turn around trip of fun!

Thanks DAD!

Baby Porter's early arrival

After about a week of trying to keep him in Baby Porter decided he was ready to come out. Or rather Emilee's uterus decided to kick him out.

He was born very healthy and a great blessing being almost 33 weeks along.

He did remarkably well and was released just nine days after he was born. much sooner than the 4-6 week estimate we were given.

Everyone loves on him and we are so happy to hold him!

Now we wait for Kathy's baby to come out and play.

Spring break

During Spring break baby Elsie came to visit. Apparently all by herself since I have no proof that her parents were here...

During the week Emilee went into the hospital in preterm labor, thus postponing her baby shower.

Andrew, Ashlynn, and Gunner went to Texas for a choir convention with the Mormon Choral Organization.

They just made it home in time to see the adorable baby Elsie before she drove back to Utah.

sewing

I started working on these two blankets for the two little nephews to be coming soon. They are really coming along. As are my sewing skills!

Randomness.

We attended the school carnival where I only took this one picture... The kids were pretty shocked that we didn't win a basket. Oh well.

Then we attended Sienna's 2nd grade music program. I am pretty glad they keep it to a half hour, so nice.

What's this?

So much excitement! Not quite snow, no hail... they called it grapple on the news.

Whatever it was it was sure fun!

The rest of the DIsney trip

Poor Andrew had to come a little later,(working in the hotel) someone has to pay for all the fun.
Jungle cruise. Some people think it's lame I prefer classic. Rigdon was convinced all the animals were real. Love him!
Aladdin and Jasmine. On the rainy day. We didn't mind at all it made for short lines.
Lunch at ESPN zone in Downtown Disney.
FLick and Big Rig. Guess where we went while everyone else was riding CAlifornia screamin?
 Yup, Bugs land.
The parade in a light mist.

 Lightning!Sienna and Pegasus.
Lookin cool at Flo's and the Cozy Cone.
The look.... need I say more?
 Ready for jedi training!
Oh ya, Sienna and Rig are all trained.

Sadly I would have better pictures but Ashlynn can't find her camera since we came home. Hopefully it turns up.
